NBD Warranty 8 X 5 (1 and 2 years) : NBD is Next Business Day Warranty and does not include accidental damage. Next Business Day support (8 x 5) is 8 hours in day 5 days in week (Monday to Friday)

Complete Cover (1 and 2 years) : Complete Cover is a value added service attached to NBD warranty and is valid only in Asia Pacific Region whereas NBD warranty is an International warranty valid globally. If a customer is travelling to other regions, he will have to transfer the ownership to the visiting country to get the warranty reflected in the particular country and he will get the support.
